As an osteopath and healthcare professional, it’s my job to help you become pain free and give you advice to maintain it.

Osteopaths use a system of evaluation, diagnosis and treatment for a wide range of medical conditions and injuries.  We do this by working on the  bodies structure and function aiming to restore it to a state of balance. By using the principles that the body is a unit and that the wellbeing of a person depends on all the body systems working smoothly together (muscles, ligaments, bones and connective tissue).

I use techniques such as stretching, massage and joint mobilization and to reduce muscle tension, improve joint mobility, fluid dynamics and help along the body’s own healing mechanisms. Aftercare advice is also given to promote health, aid recovery, prevent future reoccurrence and give patients the tools to help themselves should symptoms reoccur.​
Osteopaths are trained to treat patients of all ages as well as pregnant woman, children and babies without the use of drugs or surgery.
