FAQ's
Do I have to pay upfront?
Yes, due to recent software changes, we now ask that patients pay upfront for future appointments at the time of booking. This helps streamline the process and ensures your appointment is secured.
Can I book online?
Yes you can book online by clicking on any of the book now buttons on the website, or by clicking the book now button on google maps.
Do I have to be referred by my GP?
No, a referral is not necessary. You can simply call to schedule an appointment at a time that works for you.
Will treatment hurt?
Some treatments may cause a bit of tenderness, especially when working on muscles that are in spasm. However, I always encourage my patients to inform me if they experience any discomfort, and I will adjust the treatment accordingly.
Can I bring someone with me?
Absolutely! You're welcome to bring someone along for support.
Do I have to get undressed?
Typically, no. I ask patients to wear loose-fitting clothing, such as shorts or leggings. However, I understand that some patients come straight from work, so it doesn't really matter what you wear. If I need to take a closer look, I may ask you to remove your outer layer of clothing to properly examine and identify the source of the issue.
How many treatments will I need?
This varies from person to person. After the initial visit, it becomes easier to determine the number of treatments needed based on how you respond to the first session and the impact it has on your symptoms.
