My Story

I Became interested in the human body while studying dance at The Brit school of Performing Arts in London. I noticed that many of the dance students had suffered injuries through performing and training and from that point on my interest in helping people and injury prevention grew.

Since qualifying at the London School of Massage in Sports Massage in 2011, I have worked along side some amazing Chiropractors and Physiotherapists in South East of London. I continue to learn new techniques to expand my business, with different courses, such as medical acupuncture.

I moved from South East London to Liverpool in 2018 while still studying at the London School of Osteopathy and graduated in 2020 with a Masters in Osteopath.

My hands on experience working as a sports massage therapist over the years combined with my knowledge of osteopathy has shaped me into the Osteopath I am today. I continue to learn and love what I do.

​As an osteopath i thrive to help people return to their best possible selves. I use a variety of techniques and tools including sports therapy, manipulation, taping and strapping, and dry needling. 

​

I also still have a love for working outside on the front lines with sports teams at training sessions and matches and love the opportunity to get involved in being part of great team sports. However, since having a baby in 2020, working on my allotment,  and setting up my home clinic, I don't get much time pitch side anymore.
